3. For cell phone battery, MOQ is 100 pcs per model, otherwise 25% additional cost will be required.
Private Service:
1. Private card: All artwork, film and printing costs are to be paid by customers.(MOQ is 5K per model)
2. Private logo and label: Logo and or imprints can be screen-printed on products directly or printed on label and affixed to products.The MOQ depends on products
Warranty:
1. Twelve months(Calculated from shipping date).
2. All returned products have to be reported in RMA form and sent by freight quarterly.
3. Replacements will be shipped along with the next order.
4. The delivery cost of the defective batteries is to be paid by the customers.
5. 75% credit of current selling price will be applied on faulty items that can't be repaired or rebuilt. |
